As the majority of our property analysis is done in advance of our appointments, we are often able to draft an offer at the end of our meeting. If our offer meets your expectation, only then will we schedule a brief tour to verify the properties condition and confirm our offer. During our site visit, current suggested protocol will be followed (i.e. social distancing; gloves; masks; sanitary wipes; etc). We will outline how the site visit might look in advance of the appointment and do everything we can to meet your expectations. The safety of everyone involved is of the utmost importance to us! Upon acceptance of our offer, we will work together to schedule a closing date and time that meets your needs. Oftentimes, we can coordinate a mobile notary/closing to limit exposure and a need to travel.
